Creating a path to health and wellness

Northeast Counseling and Coaching, Inc. was established in 2011 as a private group practice following several years of solo practice. The goal was to create a practice centered around complete wellness. The practice has evolved to specialize in the treatment of trauma at all ages. We have clinicians available at many levels of expertise with a many financial options including accepting insurance, providing sliding fee scales, and offering sliding fee sessions through our clinical internship program. Most of our clinicians are trained in or training in EMDR Therapy. There are many options for working with us including in the capacity of coaching.

We provide mental health counseling through individual, family and group interventions.

Through integrative, holistic and evidenced based approaches, we work collaboratively to help our clients heal.

We offer services to those without insurance or high deductibles through our Internship Program. 

We are working to establish additional supportive therapies and modalities to offer a comprehensive 

approach to healing considering the body, mind and soul.

We do not have a medication provider. Integrative medicine is an additional approach to symptom manage that we encourage. We continue to build relationships within the community with other providers to collaborate with your care providers. We encourage communication with your primary care provider (when applicable) to help your advocate for your mental health.
